William "Billy" J. Clough of Peoria, IL passed away unexpectedly on Thursday April 29th, 2021 at 64 years of age.  He leaves behind a former spouse, Brenda Coulson, their two children Bradley and Britnee Clough, as well as three grandchildren Collin, Addison, and Everley. Also, he was the youngest of 4 siblings, leaving behind Robert Clough, Sue Gemmaka, and Judy Williams. Bill enjoyed talking about cars and watching racing, spending time with his grand-kids, and playing pool with friends.  He loved being a semi-truck driver, rocking out to his favorite 80s 'hair metal bands', and rooting on his Chicago Bears and Cubbies. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday May 29th, 2021 at 3pm in the American Legion Post 979 in Bartonville, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Foster Pet Outreach of Peoria.
