Virginia (Ginger) Lee Pfeiffer

Virginia (Ginger) Pfeiffer of Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2024, following a long illness. She is survived by her loving daughters Donna and Kelly (Joshua); brother Robert (Diana); daughter-in-law Kelli; adored grandchildren Sean( Reb), Brendan, and Ryan; sister-in-law Dianne and brothers-in-law J. T. (Diane) and James (Donna and formerly Mary Ann); many adoring nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Her kindness, warmth, creativity, and wit brought smiles to all who knew her, and none more than her cherished grandsons, with whom she shared extraordinarily close and affectionate relationships. She'll always be remembered as a wonderful cook, die-hard Cubs fan, music lover, especially Freddie Mercury, and everything her grandsons participated in.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lillian and John Krikston, and sister Bonnie Nelson (Robert). She was followed in death by her beloved son and father of her grandchildren, Timothy Pfeiffer.

A memorial service will be held at Caring Cremations/ Theis Gorski Funeral Home, 3521 N. Pulaski Rd. from 4-8 pm, along side of her husband Pat, on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
