Timothy James
O’Neil
Sep 23, 1965 — Jul 26, 2023
It is with heavy heart that my beloved brother, Timothy James O'Neil who was born on Sept 23rd, 1965, in Ozaukee County of Wisconsin to Lenore (Griesbach) and James O'Neil has passed away on July 26th, 2023, at the tender age of 57.
When Tim was a young boy, he was always curious about life and why things had a purpose. He wanted to see if he could make things better. You would usually find him taking apart small appliances to see what they were made of and how they worked. He even took apart my bicycle once, but he did not quite know how to put it back together. My front wheel was crooked, and my little bell ended up sounding more like a squeak toy.
Tim also was fascinated and amazed with the sky, planets, and the stars. He loved science fiction too and could not wait to sit down to watch his favorite TV show called Star Trek. It's five-year mission: to explore strange new worlds; to seek out new life and new civilizations; to boldly go where no man had gone before! And when he was not watching Star Trek or a Sci-Fi movie you find him reading a Sci-Fi novel. This really fulfilled his sense of wonder, and his imagination could run free.
In addition, Tim loved all creatures great and small. He would often have a collection of insects, butterflies, beetles, grasshoppers, or anything he could find that he could save from either being injured or just needed some help. He also loved animals and was especially fond of cats. All kinds of cats. And the funny thing about that was, the cats also loved him. It was a purr…fect match.
When Tim was older, he wanted to figure out where his life was going and what he was going to do. Life challenged him, but to his surprise he soon discovered that his passion and love for animals would lead him to extend his love and passion for people and he became an Acupuncturist. This made him happy, and he enjoyed taking care of people from a holistic approach and his tender caring touch healed many.
Tim's life on earth may have ended, but his new life has just begun. I hope Tim finds joy and happiness in all that is good and may life continue to be a sense of wonder with all the love and compassion it can give and of course may he go where no man has gone before.
May you rest in peace my dear beloved brother. You will be deeply missed. I love you.
