Thomas Coffie was born on December 21,1960 to Onnie Mae Coffie in New Madrid Missouri.

Thomas Coffie confessed and received the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior. He was a Christian and He Loved the word of God and reading his bible. He loved good music, dancing and singing. He also enjoyed working out. They used to call him Hercules because he was so strong. Thomas also loved to dress up and stay clean.

In Thomas younger days he was a very hard worker and one of his favorite jobs was working at WGN News Studio. Thomas attended Emment elementary School in Illinois and Austin Career High School.

On Thursday, October 26, 2023, Thomas was called home where his mother Onnie Mae Coffie and his sister Mary L coffie who preceded him in death.

Thomas leaves to cherish his memory; his brothers Charles Coffie, Rickey Coffie, Kenneth Coffie and sister Marilyn coffie. And nieces; Naria Coffie, Coria Coffie, karen Coffie, Loretta Coffie, Michelle Carter, Angel Gramble, Nephews: Charles Carter, Rickey Carter, Curtis jr. Coffie, Leonce Coffie, Charles Jr. Coffie, Kenneth Jr. Coffie, Darius Coffie, and a host of great nieces and Nephews.
