Steven Edward Thacker, of Chicago, passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 52. Born on August 17, 1973, Steven will be remembered for his unique spirit and the life he lived in his own way.

Though life created distance between Steven and his family, love and connection still remained in the quiet spaces of memory and hope. He leaves behind his child and two grandchildren, who carry his name and legacy forward with both reflection and peace in their hearts.

Steven now joins his mother, Pat, in heaven — reunited and at rest.

Life does not always unfold the way we imagine, but every story holds moments of meaning, and every soul deserves remembrance. Today, we honor Steven not only for the years he lived, but for the place he will always hold in the hearts of those who came from him.
