With deep love and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Sharon Elizabeth Stallworth, who passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025. Born on October 19, 1953, in Chicago, Illinois, to Elijah and Mayola, Sharon brought warmth, creativity, and joy to those around her.

She is preceded in death by her beloved longtime partner, Bev, who passed in 2013. Sharon leaves behind a cherished legacy through her daughter, Adia; son, Lionel; seven adored grandchildren; brother, Leonard; sisters, Elaine (Bill) and Rosalyn; aunt, Carrie; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear childhood friend Cynthia.

The family wishes to thank the compassionate social workers and dedicated medical teams at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, The Vistas of Lincoln Park, Warren Barr Gold Coast, and Center on Halsted.

Sharon's Catholic faith guided her throughout her life, and her artistic spirit made her unforgettable. Her sense of style, love of fashion, graceful dancing, and dedication to wellness reflected her vibrant personality. Sharon had a way of drawing people in-her presence was magnetic, and her passion for life was inspiring.

A celebration of Sharon's life will be held in the Chicago area on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Family and friends will gather to honor her memory with love, laughter, and reflection.
