Scott Neer, 56, life-long resident of Misericordia Home in Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2022. Preceded by his mother Nadine Neer and his brother Mark Neer. He is survived by his loving father, James Rodger Neer, as well as his brother, Jim Neer (Debra Neer). Scott will remain forever in the hearts of his family and friends, may he rest in peace.
