Rolland (Bo) Francis Boldon, Jr. passed away on the morning of November 13th, 2022 in Chicago, IL after a long battle with Vascular Dementia. Bo was born on May 21st, 1945 in Hammond, Indiana to Rolland and Grace Boldon. He was a 1963 graduate of York High School in Elmhurst, IL and attended Lincoln College as well as Elmhurst College. Bo served in the United States Airforce as a Sergeant during the Vietnam war, stationed in Japan. An electrician for Illinois Bell, Bo was a member of IBEW. Bo was an avid sailor and had a passion for boating. In the 1980s, Bo started Gemini Marine Electronics and served the Chicago area boating community for 30 years as a successful business owner. Bo met his wife, Deborah Boldon (Richards) in 1973 while working at Illinois Bell in Downers Grove. They were married in June of 1974. In 1981, they had twin sons, Daniel and Douglas Boldon. Bo and Deborah resided in the New Buffalo, MI area for several years before he retired.

Bo leaves behind his loving wife, Deborah Boldon, his two sons, Daniel Boldon (Annie) and Douglas Boldon (Maria Sturges), his four grandchildren, Holiday Boldon, Greta Boldon, Otis Boldon, and Frances Boldon. Bo is survived by his loving sister, Linda Maslowe.
