Praful Desai (76) passed away Wednesday 10/9/24 of health concerns. He was the beloved son of Dhirubhai and Lalitaben Desai, dutiful brother of the deceased Ishwarlal (Sharda) and of Jyoti (Arjun) and is survived by his 3 sisters, Rekha (Bipin), Ranjan (Janak), and Neeta (Dilip), and their children and grandchildren.

He saw a lot of life and places and people. His family will miss him dearly and remember him fondly. The thought which comes to mind is that there is no formula to life when thinking of Praful's time. From his time in Africa to Las Vegas and Indiana and South Carolina, he enjoyed friendships and experiences all the way. His final years in the family hometown of Valsad, Gujarat served as a wonderful bookend to years of exploring, yet still being amidst friends and family. We should all be so lucky to keep things simple and still complete.
