Phillip (Phil) McWilliams (73) of Peoria, IL has passed away, May 20, 2026.

Phillip was born February 5, 1953 to Helen and Earl McWilliams. Surviving are his children Terry, Blake, Amy, Phillip, Andrew, and Joshua, and his two brothers, Earl and Terry and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Helen and his son, Michael.

Phil was involved in the bodybuilding scene in Central Illinois as a judge and trainer for many years.
