Peggy Ann Luckman, age 84, born in Jonben, West Virginia on March 10, 1941, passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 11, 2025 in her home in Chicago, IL. Daughter of Woodrow and Garnet (Sisk) Cooper, mother of Kathy Leigh (deceased), Laura (Daniel) Luckman Kelber, William (Jasmin) Luckman, wife of Honorable Marvin P. Luckman (deceased), grandmother of Danielle (deceased), Zachariah, and Molly.

Peggy was an avid reader, financial wizard, and charismatic beauty. She lived life to the fullest and on her own terms.

Shiva will be held at Laura and Daniel's home in Chicago on Monday 12/15, Tuesday 12/16, Wednesday 12/17 from 4-8pm each day.
