In Loving Memory of Marquita Price (AKA Nubia)** Marquita Price, also known as Nubia, was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Ora Mae Price and Lonnie Lee Williams. She was a lifelong resident of Chicago, where she received her early education at Trumbull Elementary School and later attended Nicholas Senn High School. In the year 2000, Marquita enlisted in the United States Air Force, motivated by her desire to build a better life for herself. Marquita was known for her outgoing personality, joyful spirit, and loving heart. She had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh that could brighten any room. She found joy in making others smile and left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Marquita leaves to cherish her precious memory her loving mother, Ora Mae Price; her sisters, Hazel Price, Teresa Price, and Ola May Price; Lonn'ya Williams Brothers Dyandre Price, Kelonte Williams Marcus Tate; Lonnie Williams ,her nephews, Johnnie James Jones, Donquell Grove, and Samuel Lee Porchia; her nieces, Iveryanna Price, Aleanna Bradley, and Dynasty Olivia Price; and a host of other nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, relatives, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie Lee Williams, and by a nephew Johnathan Jame Jones and a niece Layla L. Price.
