Mark James Gunderson of Lindenhurst, IL. He passed away on October 18, 2023, with his wife Anna at his side, after a short but tragic illness.

He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Laurel-Gerald-Bryan-Barbara-Nancy-Melissa-and Jennifer. His beloved nieces and nephews also survive him.

Mark will be missed by his many friends, some from childhood.

Last but not least, he leaves behind the doodles, Olive and Stevie.

Mark was a remarkably kind, loving, generous husband, brother, and uncle. He loved golf, music, cooking, and the Green Bay Packers.

He truly enjoyed and cared about his wife, family, and friends.

Mark "received a one-way ticket to paradise" and took it.
