Marc A. Del Bianco, age 71, passed away from complications after a hard fought battle with Parkinson's Disease. He is survived by his loving wife Constance "Connie" Miller, brother Denis Del Bianco, daughters Andrea Winiarski, Tallia Del Bianco (Jimmy Churms), Amanda Del Bianco (Bart Hendricks), grandchildren Duncan, Kendall and Lorelai Churms, the mother of his 3 daughters Joyce Del Bianco (nee Nawrot), and many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and loyal friends. He was predeceased by his parents Anthony & Sue Del Bianco (nee Sorrentino) and brother Ronald Del Bianco.
Marc attended Moraine Valley Community College and Washburne Trade School. He earned a Certificate of Journeyman from the Chicago District Council of Carpenters. Marc worked in the construction industry for over 30 years and was a well respected and skilled craftsman of custom cabinetry. He was a successful Project Manager and General Manager of Shop Operations at RBCC.
Music was Marc's true passion and he was an accomplished musician and band member for many years. He was a devoted fan of The Beach Boys and Brian Wilson; attending over 100 live concerts.
Marc participated in the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative Research Study from its inception in 2010 until his death to help find a cure to this debilitating disease. The family thanks the Northwestern Medicine Palos hospice and pastoral care staff for their kindness and support during this difficult time.
A Memorial Mass will be held on November 26, 2022 at 10:00am at St. Patricia Church, 9050 S 86th Ave, Hickory Hills, IL. Visitation begins at 9:30am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation For Parkinson's Research @ www.michaeljfox.org
