Louis A. (Louie) Montes III passed away at his home on February 25, 2023, at the age of 49. Louie was

born on August 12, 1973, in Chicago, IL to Louis A. Montes Jr and Sherry Ann Medina. Louie was a kind-

hearted man who always went above and beyond to help those he loved. He had an infectious smile

that lit up the room whenever he walked in. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Louie is preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Ann Medina and a daughter, Evalyn Sanchez.

He is survived by his father, Louis A. Montes Jr. (Debra), two sons, Joshua Montes and Dominic Montes

and two daughters, Jessica and Angela Montes. He is also survived by three sisters, Angela Kline (Tracy),

Teresa Montes-Colon (Victor), Rubye Montes (Alex) and by numerous nieces/nephews/aunts/uncles/cousins

that loved him very much.

A visitation will be held at Theis-Gorski Funeral Home located at 3517 N Pulaski Rd, Chicago IL, 60641 on

Monday, March 6,2023 from 4-8 pm. A dignified cremation will follow.
