Kenneth C. Hatfield Sr., age 83, was born to the late Nadine & Kenneth L. Hatfield in Chariton lowa. He is survived by his brother Dick and sisters Evelyn and Bonnie. They had a family farm in Wisconsin in the 1940's and eventually moved to Chicago. Ken later enlisted into the Army in the 1950's. He met and married the love of his life, Donna Craughwell, in October of 1958. They had four children, Ken Jr., Michael (Lenora), Steven and Diane (John). They have three grandchildren, Danielle, Stephanie (AJ) and Ariana with three great grandchildren, River, Willow and Benson. Ken went on to become an Evanston Fire Fighter/pioneering EMT in the 1960's. Later in life he went into automobile sales and management. He successfully battled Cancer in the early 2000's which lead to Dementia in his final years. He gently passed on June 6, 2020. He was a noble and generous man that truly loved his family. Ken enjoyed playing golf, jigsaw puzzles, and cards with his friends. He will be deeply missed.
