Letter from mom to Ka’Mahri:
To my only son Ka’Mahri. I’m glad that God allowed me to be your mom and experience what it’s like to be a mom to the best kid ever. Before you, I was so selfish. But when I had you, I learned very quickly how to share. You were my whole world. If I got to choose, I would die and choose you again in every lifetime. My love for you is so grand that I can’t put it into words. I’m not mad at you, I forgive you. God forgives you. The world got too hard for you and that’s okay. I understand. Your story will always be safe with your mom. I don’t like the fact that I didn’t get to see you grow older and what you would’ve been but I know you’re safe now. You’re going to live through me. When they see me, they’re going to see you. I’ll get sad but I’ll pick myself back up again with the help of God. I’m going to miss you greatly because it was always just us. But I’ll see you again, until then watch over mommy. I love you!
