Julie Caruso, 81, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on October 15, 2022. Cherished mother to Sunny (Doug) Karnazes and Joy (Paul) Gard. Treasured grandmother (Ma Julie) to Bella. Beloved sister to Michael (Kris) Cosentino.

Julie was an avid theater goer, she especially loved live theater and musicals. She was a volunteer usher for many years all throughout Chicagoland. Julie passed her love of the theater on to her daughters. One memorable year she saw over 90 live theater productions with her daughter Joy. Julie was a lover of all animals, especially cats and dogs. She loved to spend time with family and friends, travel, and attend outdoor concerts each summer. She also enjoyed seeking out treasures at local thrift shops, garage sales and flea markets.

Julie will be missed dearly and will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends, may she rest in peace.
