Joe Nevels is survived by his wife, LaVerta Ann Nevels, and his children, LaKisha Nevels, Joseph Nevels II, Germaine Housing, and Kévin Cunigan, along with 5 siblings and a host of family and friends, who will fondly remember Joe for his humor and the laughter he brought to their lives. His parents and 9 siblings preceded him in death.
