It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Samuel Boynton Jr, beloved partner, son, brother and friend on February 5, 2025 at the age of 59. Born on September 12, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois he was a cherished resident of Bloomington and Chicago and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving partner, fathers, siblings and a host of additional family members and friends to include his beloved Onyx family. He will be remembered for his kind heart, big smile, love for family and friends and most importantly his love for Marvel Comics!
