Granny's Goodbye
"I am missing your smile right now and those hugs and kisses, all the joy you brought to our lives. I know this is not goodbye, but see you later, Granny. You will always be with us, watching over us. I love you, and just for that, you will live on in our hearts forever. God has His arms and hands open to welcome you home, Granny. The light is on you until we meet again. Love always, your grandchildren."
My Mom's Farewell
"I have spent many years enjoying life with you, learning lessons from you, Mom. You have been my everything for so long, and now my best friend, I have to let you go. My heart breaks at the thought of saying goodbye. As the memories close in closer and closer, our time together will never be forgotten. All the love, laughter, and joy you brought to my life, I'm truly grateful for my time with you. Mom, have a safe journey, my everything. I will always love you, Mom, my gift from God."
Psalm 23
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."
John 11:25
"Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die.'"
