Jason Cervantes passed away suddenly Easter Sunday on April 20th, 2025 at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago Illinois. Jason was 52 years old and was born Christmas Day on December 25th 1972 in Chicago Illinois.

Jason had a wonderful sense of humor and made everyone smile with his lighthearted character.

He was a young soul with a deep passion for comics, super hero's, punk rock, metal music and all forms of entertainment. He could make you laugh with his commentary, quick wit and wisecracks. He was a person who told it like it was, with a no-nonsense type of attitude. He preferred to go his own way instead of following a crowd. But beneath his hard exterior was a heart full of love and loyalty.

He is survived by his beautiful loving daughter Megan Cervantes and his grandson Benjamin, along with his son Noboru Cervantes and loving partner Seiwon.

He will be greatly missed by his entire family and friends. Especially by his brother, Eli Perez and sister, Laura Perez, nephew Eli Perez Jr and nieces Laura Alexis Amador, Crystal Amador and Erica Cervantes.

He is preceded in death by his mother Guadalupe Cervantes and twin sister Judy Ann Cervantes.
