Isadore Earl Lloyd was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 16, 1956, the third child of Ira and Victoria Lloyd. He attended Frank L. Gillespie Elementary School and John Marshall Harlan High School, graduating in 1974. He passed away on January 29, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. Isadore was a caring son, brother, uncle and nephew, always going above and beyond for his loved ones. He was known for his lively spirit, bringing a smile to those around him. He devoted his life to helping family, friends and neighbors. Isadore was preceded in death by his father, Ira S. Lloyd, and mother, Victoria C. Lloyd. Left to mourn are two brothers ~ Tyrone (Cindy) Lloyd, Ira (MarshaLee) Lloyd; sister ~ Vondee (Edgar) Holmes; aunt ~ Gloria Stimpson; nieces ~ Sheree (John) Hersey, Nicole Belanger, Akela Lloyd; cousins ~ Marilyn Carr, Marlene Davidson, Kevin Davidson, Marvin A. Price, Stephanie Price, Charles E. Stimpson, Maria Stimpson; nephew Tyrone (Zonnie) Lloyd. It is said that what you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others. He will be missed dearly by his family and a host of friends. A memorial celebration will be scheduled for a later date.
