Hung Quang, 65 years of age, passed on April 28th, 2020 at 2pm in the comfort of his own home surrounded physically by his wife and children and virtually with family and friends from all over the world on video chat. Hung was born on April 8th, 1955 in Phan Thiet, Vietnam to father, Cuong Quang, and mother, Sam Thi Trieu. Although born in Phan Thiet, Hung spent most of his life in Saigon, Vietnam. Hung escaped the Vietnam war in 1980 to a refugee camp in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong with wife, Tran Lu. Hung and Tran had their first born in Hong Kong in May of 1980, Long Trieu Quang, and immigrated to the United States later that year, sponsored by a family member. In January of 1983, Hung and Tran had their second son, Dung Chi Quang. Hung was a devoted Buddhist that believe in Karma and lived life by the Golden Rule for the benefit of his family. He worked long hours to provide for his family. His sons would attest that they got all that they ever wanted and was well provided for. He was a loving man who is kind-hearted, friendly, free-spirited and fun loving. Those fortunate to cross his paths would agree. He was loved and respected by many. Hung remarried in 2013. Hung is survived by his current wife, Hang and stepdaughter Na; His former wife, Tran, 1st son and granddaughter, Long and Nhu, 2nd son and family, Dung & Nhikkie, Levy, Theo, and Aivy; His sister and family, Mong & Thanh, An Mi, and An Ni.
