Herlinda Alcocer was always a strong and independent example for her family. Born in Matehuala, SLP, she married young and due to life circumstances, she raised her 6 children on her own. She was constantly on the move, flitting from one job to another, however, she always made time to show her children, and later grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, love. Herlinda's long lasting legacy is finding laughter in adversity, strength in faith, and love in family. She leaves behind 5 children, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and great great great grandchildren.

Herlinda Alcocer siempre fue un ejemplo de ser una persona fuerte e independiente para su familia. Nacida en Matehuala, SLP, se caso joven y por circunstancias de la vida, crio sola a sus 6 hijos.

Ella estaba en constante movimiento, corriendo de un trabajo a otro, sin embargo, siempre se hizo tiempo para demostrar amor a sus hijos, y luego a sus nietos, bisnietos y tataranietos.

El legado duradero de Herlinda es encontrar la risa en la adversidad, la fortaleza en la fe y el amor en la familia.
