Gregory K. Brown, age 72, of Chicago, Illinois passed peacefully on December 18, 2023.

He suffered a lack of oxygen to his brain. Greg was lovingly married for almost 48 years to Joy M. Feinberg who was as devoted to him and he was to her. He is survived by his siblings, Carol (Joe) Augustine of Painesville, Ohio and Grant (Anne) Brown of Ringgold, Georgia, along with his nieces and nephews. Greg was a partner at Polsinelli specializing in Pension, ESOP and Executive Compensation matters. He represented closely held businesses and publicly traded companies on employee benefits matters.

Greg was highly respected and sought after as a speaker and author on these subjects. He frequently acted as an expert witness. Greg loved the practice of law and the many talented attorneys he mentored. He and his wife enjoyed traveling the world and caring for the most spoiled kitties on earth. There was no more devoted Kentucky Wildcats fan than Greg.

There will be a celebration of Greg's life at a later date.
