Jerry worked at Chicago Midwest Credit and at Howard Orloff Jaguar

before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his twin brother Fred, sister Agnes Cialkowski, brothers William, Jack (Robert) and Charles.

A memorial will be held at a later date.

Jerry created the life he wanted and lived it to the fullest!
