Erik Overton, 45, of Chicago, IL, passed away on February 1, 2023. He will be leaving behind his cherished spouse of 10 wonderful years, Katharine "Kit" Overton, his caring brother, Sean Overton (Loyda Paredes Overton), and his loving mother Sara Overton.

Erik was a member of the Animation Department of Columbia College where he worked as an IT support staff for many years. While not at work, he enjoyed playing board games, designing different Lego creations, and had a sweet spot for the world of fantasy and Sci Fi.

Erik will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends, may he rest in peace.
