What a phenomenal woman my siblings and I grew up with no she was not perfect, but she loved us immensely with all of our flaws. She came from Havana Cuba at the ripe age of 21 not speaking any English and determined to be successful as an immigrant . My moms dad met my mom on the bus stop and introduced her to my dad. They met, were engaged and married within two weeks and stayed together 65 years. They deeply loved one another unconditionally. My mom is survived by many cousins in Cuba who loved her tremendously every time I would go and visit Cuba 🇨🇺 with her they talked for hours laughed sang danced and just enjoyed life. The spirit of the Cuban people is unremarkable. I'm so proud to say that I'm Cuban American my mom had to fight the last two weeks of her life she suffered and was a lot of pain but now no longer to be absent from the body is to be one with God. I'm so blessed to have had her for 63 years as well as my siblings we loved her tremendously. she is also survived by three grandsons and one granddaughter who loved her tremendously as well, in addition to Three daughters and one son May her soul rest in heaven In Jesus name. Amen.
