Donald S. King Jr., known to friends as Don and family as Nod, was often the life of the party. He was a great storyteller, an avid music lover, and had a loyal heart. He loved talking about his time in Europe in the service, and he was always looking for new adventures.

In his later years, Don spent his time at the dog park or out hunting with his beloved Brittanys, Molly and Zoey. His love of people, hangouts, and gatherings of all kinds was insatiable. As a fan of sports and family, he could often be found on the sidelines at local sporting events cheering on his children, nephews, grandchildren, and great-nephews. During the holiday season, Don showed up at Christmas Eve dinner with an enormous platter of jumbo shrimp and a pound of Dunkin' Donuts coffee for all.

There's no way he could have ever gotten enough time with his two children, Jess and Samantha, two grandchildren, Naomi and Lia, and one great-grandchild, Avanna Jewel. They miss him dearly.
