Diana Singer, beloved mother, sister, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025, at the age of 67, due to natural causes. Diana, a longtime resident of Chicago, Illinois, was born on May 15, 1958, in Rivergrove, Illinois, to the late James and Frances Anne.Diana, known affectionately as "Diana" to all, attended East Liden High School, where she formed lifelong friendships and laid the foundations for her future endeavors. Her commitment to her family and community was evident in her work at Tracy's of Carolstream, where she dedicated many years of service. Her colleagues remember her as a steadfast and compassionate individual, whose presence uplifted everyone around her.Diana's Christian faith was a guiding light throughout her life, providing her with strength and comfort. She lived her faith through acts of kindness and her unwavering commitment to her loved ones. Her devotion to her family was paramount, and she will be lovingly remembered by her son, James Sherman Jr. (Amanda), her stepchildren, Tim and Leslie, and her sister, Arlene Urso-Roszak. Diana was predeceased by her husband, Tom Singer, her sister, Kim Kobylarz, and her parents.An artisan at heart, Diana found joy and solace in crochet and sewing. Her handcrafted creations were not only a testament to her skill but also symbols of her love and generosity. Each stitch was a reflection of her care and attention to detail, traits that defined her as a person.Diana's legacy is one of love, commitment, and service to others.
