It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deedee Maree Summerfield, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, companion, and friend who touched countless lives with her boundless love and unwavering spirit.

Deedee was a lover of all people and a firm believer in God and His word. She stood as a strong leader and passionate advocate for truth and justice, never hesitating to speak up for what was right. Her charismatic voice and exceptional singing ability brought joy to everyone fortunate enough to hear her, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

A natural artist with deep compassion for all living creatures, Deedee had a special love for animals, particularly cats. Her artistic inclinations and creative spirit illuminated everything she touched, leaving beauty in her wake.

Deedee is survived by her mother, Vickey Solner; her devoted sister, Konnie Ford (Krys Ford); her cherished nieces, Fay Lyn Ford and Quinn Grace Ford; her beloved nephew, Kayden William Ford; her long-term companion, Matthew Carson; and her long-distance love, Jeremiah Hu. She also leaves behind countless friends and family members whose lives were enriched by her presence.

She was an amazing daughter, sister, lover, friend, disciple, and advocate whose legacy of love, faith, and justice will continue to inspire all who knew her. Deedee's spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched, and she will be deeply and eternally missed.
