On Tuesday, October 13th, 2020 David Jay Peilet, loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to so many passed away peacefully with his dedicated wife Lisa by his side. Dave was born on August 18th, 1963 to Les and Bea Peilet in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in Wilmette, IL with his parents and his brothers Andy and Michael. Dave's passion for his family and friends always showed in his smile and his giving nature. His infectious laugh, constant jokes and humor will be a forever memory to every life he touched. One of Dave's many passions was his bike. He loved to take his Harley out for drives and across the country wearing his skull T's and leather jacket. The love Dave had for his family is eternal. It's abundantly clear with the way he interacted with Luc, Mari, his nieces, nephews, and all of the kids friends. Anyone who entered the Peilet house became one of his own . David was preceded in death by his mother Beatrice Peilet, survived by father Les, wife Lisa, son Luc (Elizabeth), daughter Mari, brothers Andrew (Debbie), Michael (Karen), Jordan Rush (Mina) and sister Margo Rush. Also survived by loving father In Law Nate (Elizabeth), brother and sister in law Jon (Cara) and Brynn (Eric) and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to The Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. Interment Private.
