In Loving Memory of Danielle Zadler

Danielle Zadler, age 48, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, September 25, 2026.

Born on March 1, 1978, at Victory Memorial Hospital in Waukegan, Illinois, Danielle was a woman who found beauty and comfort in the simple things in life. She was pursuing her dreams of becoming a businesswoman while attending College of Lake County in Grayslake, working toward creating a better future for herself.

Outside of her studies, Danielle found happiness in creating things with her own hands. She loved knitting, crocheting, baking, and giving new life to antique furniture through refurbishing. She had a creative spirit and a way of making ordinary moments feel special.

Those who knew Danielle will remember her most for her personality. She brought laughter wherever she went, never afraid to share her wicked sense of humor or say exactly what was on her mind. Her presence could brighten a room, and the memories she created with her loved ones will be treasured for years to come.

Danielle had an especially tender heart for animals. Their companionship brought her immense joy and comfort throughout her life. Among them, her beloved ESA cat, Chewee, held a particularly special place in her heart. Their bond was one of love, companionship, and comfort, and she is now reunited with Chewee once again.

Above all else, Danielle leaves behind a legacy of love in her three children, Bella Baez, Naomi Zadler, and Marcus Zadler. They will carry her memory with them in the stories they tell and in the pieces of her that live on through each of them.

Danielle was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Clendening; her grandfather, Jimmy Jones; her co-parent and friend, George A. Nelson; and her beloved ESA cat, Chewee.

She leaves this world having touched the lives of the people and animals she loved in her own unforgettable way. Though her time in this lifetime has come to an end, the love she gave, the laughter she shared, and the memories she created will remain.

She was here. She was loved. She mattered.

And although we have to say goodbye to her in this lifetime, this is not goodbye forever.

Until we meet again, Mom.

You will forever and always be loved, from this lifetime into the next.
