Christian
Wallace
Jan 17, 1988 — May 31, 2026
Christian Wallace was born on January 17, 1988, in Chicago, Illinois, to his loving parents, Denise S. Butler and Victor Wallace. From an early age, Christian possessed a presence that could not be overlooked. He was energetic, charismatic, expressive, and filled with a light that naturally drew people toward him. Those who knew him recognized early that he carried something special, an unforgettable smile, a radiant spirit, and an energy that could fill any room he entered.
Christian began his education at Robert A. Black Elementary School and later attended Kenwood Academy, where he graduated. Continuing his educational journey, he attended Grambling State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drafting Engineering. Creativity was woven deeply into Christian's identity. He was a gifted visual artist whose imagination, precision, and artistic ability allowed him to see beauty and possibility where others might not. His talents were not con fined to one form of expression. Christian was also a music artist with a passion for writing meaningful, profound, and prophetic lyrics. Whether creating through images, words, or music, he used his artistry to communicate what lived within him.
Christian was more than his accomplishments. He was a devoted son, father, grandson, partner, cousin, and friend. Family remained at the center of his heart. His children were an important part of his life and legacy, and the love he held for those closest to him was evident in the way he carried them with him. His infectious laughter, vibrant personality, determination, and natural ability to motivate others made his presence unforgettable. Christian had a way of making people feel his energy before he ever spoke a word. His smile was radiant, his spirit was bold, and his light was uniquely his own.
Although Christian's earthly journey ended sooner than those who loved him could have imagined, the meaning of his life cannot be measured only by the number of years he lived. His life is also measured by the love he gave, the children who carry his legacy, the art he created, the music he shared, the laughter he inspired, and the memories that will continue to live in the hearts of his family and friends.
Christian will be remembered as a creative soul, a man of passion and presence, and someone whose light was evident from the time he was young. The love, artistry, joy, and unforgettable energy he brought into this world will continue to speak for him.
Christian Wallace leaves to cherish his memory his loving parents, Denise S. Butler and Victor Wallace; his beloved children, Josiah and Ta'Yana, whom he shared with Candace; King, whom he shared with Ian na; and Moniya, whom he shared with Shauntae. He also leaves his grandmother, Renee Elhoumaidi, and the cherished memory of his late grandfather, James Butler Jr. He further leaves to cherish his memory his girlfriend, Alexandria; his cousins, Greg Jr., Tony, Tyron "Tiny," and Steve Jr.; and a host of additional relatives, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were forever touched by his presence.
Christian's physical presence may no longer walk among us, but his light remains. It lives through his children, through his art, through his music, through every story told about him, and through the love of those who will forever speak his name.
His smile will be remembered. His creativity will be honored. His love will be carried forward. And his light will never be forgotten.
