Carol Forte, a beacon of love and generosity, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2024, at the age of 81 in Park Ridge, IL. Born on December 24, 1942, in Chicago, IL, to the late Daniel and Mae Harrington, Carol's life was a testament to the enduring power of kindness and the strength of familial bonds.

A devoted mother to her sons, Michael (Tania) Forte, and Daniel Forte, Carol's legacy is one of unconditional love and unwavering support. Her role as Nana to her grandchildren, Lauren and Michael, was the source of her greatest joy and pride. Proceeded in death by her parents, Daniel and Mae Harrington, brother Donald Rusano and sister Patricia Collett. Loving aunt. Dear friend to many, including Mimi Ozga, who the family would like to thank for her love and support, always by Carol's side until the end.

Carol cherished every moment spent with her grandkids, and her home was a hub of activity and happiness where friends of her grandchildren were always welcomed with a popsicle or treat and an open heart. Carol's spirit touched the hearts of all who knew her. She was the embodiment of a true friend, a confidante, and a source of support for her extensive circle of friends. Her generosity knew no bounds, and her spirited nature uplifted everyone around her. Carol's impact was felt in every interaction and every relationship she nurtured. Carol's happy place was Marco Island, FL where she spent hours on the beach.

Throughout her career in market research, Carol left an indelible mark, beginning at Precision Field Services and spending the majority of her career at Adler Weiner Research. Her innate ability to connect with people transformed professional acquaintances into lifelong friendships. Carol's clients and research participants held her in high regard, cherishing her not just as a colleague but as a dear friend long after their professional ties had ended.

As we bid farewell to Carol Forte, we remember a woman whose loving nature and generous spirit enriched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will continue to inspire and guide us, just as her presence always seemed to light the way. Carol's spirit will live on through the countless lives she touched. Her laughter, her wisdom, and her unwavering kindness will never be forgotten. As we reflect on Carol's remarkable life, we are reminded of the impact one person can have on the world. Her life was a journey of love, a dance of generosity, and a symphony of spirited energy that will resonate for generations to come.
