Bill Carsley's life was remarkable in his many and diverse accomplishments, including writing, teaching, coaching, practicing law and honorable military service.
Most remarkable of all was his genuine love for and interest in people.
His soul-mate, Marianne Parrillo, his family and many friends will miss this great humanitarian.
