With profound sorrow, we announce the transition of our beloved Andre Christian from this earthly life to his heavenly home on July 25, 2023. Andre, born on September 21, 1963, to Evelyn Christian and William Christian in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois, was a beacon of light and a pillar of faith in his community.

Andre was the cherished brother of Alisa Christian and the adored uncle of Kayla Christian. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and the countless lives he touched throughout his journey.

Andre received his early education at St. Ignatius College Prep, where he developed his love for knowledge and service. His passion for helping others led him to further his studies at Columbia College. His dedication and commitment to service were evident in his work as a Case Worker at the Illinois Department of Human Services. He was a tireless advocate for those in need, always going above and beyond to ensure their well-being.

Andre was a faith-filled man who found joy in his spiritual journey. He was a devoted member of the Apostolic Church of God in Chicago, where he served the Lord with gladness as a choir member.

As we mourn the loss of Andre, we also celebrate his life and the impact he made on those around him. We take comfort in knowing that Andre is now at peace, resting in the arms of our Lord.
