Ana Maria Guadalupe died on the night of December 6th, 2022 at the age of 100. Ana Maria Guadalupe was born in Manati, Puerto Rico to Maria Celestina Roig and Jose Guadalupe. She is joining her husband, Teodoro, and son, Angelo. She was the beloved mother to Ana Maria Piltawer. She leaves behind grandchildren, great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Anita loved sewing, cooking, and business, whether it was making delicious home cooked meals for her family, sewing pajamas for her grandchildren or engaging in deals. Ahead of her time, she was an independent woman who taught her children self-reliance, work ethic and the knowledge that she would always be there for them. While not eschewing organized religion, she did prefer to follow more spiritual practices that focused on love and family. She will be remembered through stories of Puerto Rico, the Bronx and Chicago, forever.
