Adam Michael Swanson's life ended unexpectedly at St. Joesph's Hospital on October 28th 2023. His smile and laugh lit up every room, talking endlessly about restaurants and fishing.

He is survived by his loving mother Jo K. Swanson and his older sister, Erin B. Swanson. He is also survived by his cousins, Brian, Rick, and Steven Wishard. He is proceeded in death by his father Terry E. Swanson.

Adam had many friends throughout his life that we know were extremely important to him as well, especially Sean Donnellan.

A celebration of life to remember Adam's wonderful life will be held in the spring of 2024 at his Mother's house in Wadsworth, Illinois.
