It is in great sadness that the family of Natividad Nieves announces her passing on October 26, 2019 at St. Francis hospital in Evanston, Illinois. Natividad Nieves was born on December 24, 1938 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Amalia C. Nieves and Inocencio Nieves. She was a longtime resident in Chicago Illinois. She has 3 sons Edwin Nieves, David Nieves, and Felix Soto. Natividad aka Nati loved bingo scratch tickets, old fashion donuts and coffee from Dunkin Donuts. She also loved going to Humboldt Park and eating Puerto Rican food from the food trucks. She loved decorating her home, plants, and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed the occasional cup of red wine. She is survived by her sons Edwin Nieves, and Felix Soto and her Grandchildren, Edwin Nieves Jr., Evelyn Soto, Brian Soto, Melanie Soto and Juan Soto.
