Diane Gulczynski, 68, of Chicago, died on Monday, July 25th, 2022, surrounded by family and friends. She was born on October 26th, 1953 in Chicago to the late Ernest and Mary Gulczynski. A longtime resident of the Rogers Park area, Diane dedicated her life to nursing for over 40 years. She loved traveling, scuba diving, music and dancing. Diane is survived by her partner, Eugene Hasiak; siblings Mary Ann (Stan) Lamacki, Thomas (the late Ellen) Gulczynski, and the late Susan (David) Santore; and many nieces, nephews and friends who loved her dearly. Diane will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends, may she rest in peace. Services at St. Gertrude Catholic Church, 1420 W. Granville Ave., Chicago, IL 60660, where family and friends will gather on Saturday, July 30th, from 9am to 10am for Memorial Service and Mass at 10am.
